Your company has a mail meter that allows employees to pay postage without using stamps. You and your family live so far from the post office that you never have time to go get stamps on your own, and you’ve gotten into the habit of using the postage machine whenever you have a bill or something else that has to be mailed in quickly. You’re not the only person in the company who does this, and some employees talk as if the right to use the postage machine is a job perk. What should you do?
