You work for a small company that is planning to offer a new service that, currently, no other businesses offer. In interviewing for a job with another company, however, you learned that this other company (a much larger one than your current company) will begin offering the same service within the month. While you signed no contract, it seemed that they were telling you this in confidence. Your current company could lose thousands of dollars and several jobs if their new venture flops. If you tell them now, you might be able to keep that from happening. What should you do?
