A Strategy Lexicon

Share With Friends

Whenever I talk with leaders about the new way to do strategy, I find there are certain terms I can’t avoid using. They keep coming out of my mouth because they’re essential for describing the qualities and actions that make up the 3.0 strategist’s experience.
Some of these keywords have already popped up in this book. Others may be new to you. I’m giving them to you here—along with description, examples, and business-tested advice—in alphabetical order, not in order of importance. The reality is, they’re all important for you to know and to incorporate into your own language of leadership.
