Share With Friends

Long ago, people would scratch their words on rocks. Then there was soft clay and a stylus. Then paper and ink. Then a typewriter. Then a desktop or laptop or tablet computer.

Speed and agility are the new tools of strategy. Pick them up.
Of course, using Strategy 3.0 won’t guarantee your success. You can move fast in the wrong direction. You can be agile and still not end up in the right spot. But properly used, the tools of Strategy 3.0 give you your best chance to position your organization for success in the future. They enable you to tack your sailboat to the shore.

The ultimate tool for strategy is the process that’s coming up next.
